As a a life-long card maker, I've collected my fair share of rubber stamps over the years. For a long time, I could not think of a good way to store them. As my collection grew, it became unwieldy, until I happened upon this idea. (I'm sorry I can't give credit to the source because it was quite awhile ago.) I now store the bulk of my rubber stamps in clear inexpensive box frames that you can buy pretty much anywhere. I stack them in my craft cupboard open side up, making a tray. The rubber stamps in each tray are then grouped by theme or kind. For the rubber stamps that I use the most, I display them on my wall (see photo at top). A friend found this this old printer's type drawer at a garage sale and I mounted it on the wall. As for storing my ink pads, I took a rubber stamp class years ago and learned that the ink pads should be stored upside down. I use a clear organizer that I picked up at HomeGoods.
